About your Guide
A therapist shaped through experience of adventure, nature, travel, and personal exploration. Ben holds an understanding of the balance between inner life and outer experience and meets you from that place.
Ben Woolner
Ben spent a lifetime chasing peak experience, climbing, surfing, skiing, following adventure wherever it led.
There were moments on this journey where the exploration turned inward. Becoming a father deepened something. Training for an ultramarathon, cycling home on dark winter roads from his counselling studies, the threads began to connect and RoamEden was born.
Ben holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and practises as an integrative counsellor, working in a relational, person-centred way. He has worked alongside young people in crisis, and with families navigating the serious illness of a child. He brings a calm, honest presence to sessions, no fixed agenda, just space to make sense of your experience at your own pace.
Ben works with adults drawn to understanding themselves more deeply, exploring the stories that shape their experience and finding greater clarity in how they meet the world.
